Standard In-Stock Orders
You may cancel any standard order for a full refund before it has been dispatched from our facility.
- Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (daily order cut-off is 2:00 PM PST).
- Once your tracking number has been generated or the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy upon arrival to request a complimentary return label.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Because custom grillz, engraved items, and personalized jewelry require dedicated materials and bespoke CAD/casting work:
- You may cancel a custom piece within 24 hours of placing the order for a 100% refund.
- Once production or casting has commenced (after the 24-hour window), custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Email us at info@rmjewelsshop.com with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- We review cancellation requests promptly during business hours.
- If approved prior to shipment or custom production, our team will cancel the order immediately.
Refund Timeline
Approved cancellations are credited back immediately to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically reflect on your bank or credit card statement within 5–10 business days.
