By accessing or purchasing from rmjewelsshop.com (“the Site”), operated by RMjewelsshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Products and Descriptions
We take great care to accurately describe materials, stone types, carat weights, and dimensions on each product listing. High-resolution photography reflects our actual pieces; however, slight variations in color tone or hand-set diamond/gemstone alignments may occur due to individual screen settings and artisanal finishing.
3. Pricing and Order Acceptance
All prices are displayed and billed in USD ($) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an inadvertent technical pricing error or suspected fraud. In such cases, any captured funds are refunded immediately in full.
4. Payment and Security
Payment transactions are processed through authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Payglocal). We do not collect, view, or store payment card numbers on our servers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders include complimentary insured shipping to the United States (estimated 8–13 business days). A signature is required upon delivery for high-value jewelry orders.
6. Returns and Refunds
Standard pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags intact. Custom grillz, engraved items, and bespoke made-to-order pieces are final sale. Full return and refund procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, and custom jewelry designs featured on rmjewelsshop.com are the intellectual property of RMjewelsshop and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
RMjewelsshop is not liable for damages resulting from improper wear, physical trauma, or chemical exposure to jewelry pieces. Our liability is strictly limited to manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
